I was a little skeptical about what physical therapy had to offer before starting at JACO, but all the staff were so welcoming, informative and supportive, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in the care I was getting, and by following their exercise recommendations, the pain that had been causing me problems quickly improved and ultimately resolved. I would absolutely recommend JACO to a friend, and would 100% return for any treatment/support in the future.

I love JACO! I’ve gone to the Honolulu Office at least 4 different times for 4 different parts of my body. The PT’s are: fit, young, professionally educated, detailed & highly knowledgeable. This company manages to keep my body fine-tuned & running at it’s maximum capacity. BTW, I’m in my 60’s, staying active is very high on my priority list.

I had a wonderful experience working with my therapist Aaron Chun.. He truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand what I needed for my recovery. What impressed me most was how he tailored specific exercises just for me instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. He was very creative in helping me regain movements that were difficult for me, especially learning how to get up off the floor and being able to cross my legs again. We also spent time working on balance, which has made a real difference in my confidence and daily mobility. He is patient, encouraging, and clearly very knowledgeable. I always felt supported and motivated during our sessions. I’m very grateful for the care and thoughtful approach he brought to my therapy, and I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone needing physical therapy.

Had 8 sessions with Eric, knowledgeable, personable, easy to communicate with, encourages and answers any questions, creating a partnership approach to treatment. While we couldn't completely resolve my knee issues, we are confident of continued improvement and left the door open for future options.

My experience at Jaco has been exceptional. I came in with a torn meniscus, and had been told that surgery would aggravate my joint and possibly make it worse. Several months of PT at Jaco, along with a custom curated at-home plan, have completely healed my knee! I am currently 100% PAIN FREE! I recently returned for treatment on my other knee, which has the same torn meniscus/arthritic condition. So far, my pain has been reduced from an 8 to a 2. I am confident that I will be back to my active lifestyle soon. Kristen, Jon and Mara are knowledgable and caring, and treated me as a friend. I recommend Jaco to everyone I know that has joint/knee pain. And being in my 60’s, that’s most of us!

From scheduling my first physical therapy session to the final one, Jaco provided timely, excellent and professional service. My therapist, Mara, was very thorough explaining the exercise, explaining the purpose for doing this particular exercise to reduce or eliminate the pain in my hip. She showed me “tips” on little and subtle changes to do daily….how to sit and stand up including entering and existing a car, how to walk putting more presssure on the heel rather than the toes, how to strengthen my balance to prevent falling, etc. Great Job Mara! I appreciate having you as my therapist.

I have had to go to other PT clinics via doctor’s referrals and JACO is far superior. Their hands on approach is thorough, their therapists are knowledgeable and kind, and they are focused on getting you back to excellence not just functionality. As a open water swimmer and triathlete, I don’t ever want to go anywhere else.

First time needing physical therapy. Got referred to JACO by my PCP. Eric was great, very friendly and most of all helped me get my movement back. Great location and open 7 days a week which allowed me to have my sessions afterwork. Thank you again Eric!
